Who Hears Your Brief
A plain account of everyone and everything that touches what you send us, and for how long.
The short answer
Only your Architect reads your briefs. No one else at Peak Sovereign Systems has access to them. The services below store, carry or transcribe what you send, and none of them may use it for any purpose of its own.
Everything that touches your brief
| Who or what | What it sees, and for how long |
|---|---|
| Your Architect | Everything you send. He writes, reviews and signs every reply himself. For the length of the engagement. |
| Sovereign OS Supabase | Stores your briefs and records, encrypted, in a workspace that only you and your Architect can reach. Kept for the engagement, then available to export for 30 days, then deleted within a further 30. |
| The Sovereign Line Telegram | Carries your voice notes and messages. It is built for speed, not sealed: Telegram does not end-to-end encrypt messages sent to a service account. Each brief is removed from the chat as soon as it is safely stored in your OS. |
| Transcription and drafting support OpenAI, Anthropic | The words of a brief, to turn speech into text and to help prepare a draft that your Architect then rewrites and signs. Under their business terms, neither may use your material to train its models, and both delete it after a short retention period. |
| Cloudflare | Delivers this website and your OS securely. It carries your data but does not store your briefs. |
| Resend | Delivers our emails to you. |
| Stripe | Takes payments. It never sees your briefs. |
Choosing your channel
- For your most sensitive briefs, use the recorder inside your OS. It goes straight into your sealed workspace.
- For speed, use the Sovereign Line. It is the fastest way to hand something over the moment it happens.
- No names needed. You can describe any problem without naming people, clients or companies.
Your competitors
While we act for you, we do not act for a direct competitor you name. If a conflict arises that cannot be resolved, we decline the work. We never trade in, invest in or advise on anything using information you have shared with us.
What we will never do
- Sell your data, or share it with anyone for their marketing.
- Use your briefs to train any model.
- Publish your name, company, results or words without your written approval of the exact wording.
- Tell anyone inside your own company about the engagement unless you have agreed who knows.
The limits of confidentiality
We would disclose information only where the law requires it, for example under a court order, or where there is a serious risk of harm to someone. In every other case, what you tell us stays with us.
The words we use
| Brief | Anything you send us: a voice note, a message or an entry in your OS. |
| Sovereign OS | Your private client workspace, at os.peaksovereignsystems.com. |
| Command Centre | The view inside your OS that shows where your company really stands. |
| The Sovereign Line | Your private channel to your Architect, for voice notes and messages. |
| Decision Ledger | A dated, tamper-evident record of every decision we agree. |
| Systemic build | A governance structure installed at the root of a recurring bottleneck, such as decision rights, approval limits or an operating rhythm. |
